here it is, the first entry of this wonderful new little blog. a duel endeavor taken on by the BFF (otherwise known as the hetro-sexual life partner), Jane and I. We've decided that since we no longer live 3 feet away from one another and can't ransack each others closets and dresser drawers anymore for new outfits and inspirations, we are going to do the next best thing...
we'll pick something out from our closet, style it. photograph it. and mail it off to the other for them to do the same. It is not only about clothing, its about feeling close to one another when we are missing the comfort of a friends face (not to mention, the comfort of a friends closet.)
now, on to the rules, the are short and simple.
1 - we are not allowed to know what the other is sending us, or how they styled it.
2 - there need to be at least 2 exchanges a month (from each girl)
and finally, 3 - FUN! this is all about fun and hopefully eventually we can get some others involved.
